Today I would like to honor some of my very best friends at ANCILE: the road warriors of the Professional Services team. They travel all over the globe helping people get more out of their investment in ANCILE’s solutions. I’m sure many of you have already met some of these fine individuals, but if you haven’t you might want to take a look at what they have to offer! I wanted to take an opportunity now to give them a big THANK YOU for all they do, and give you a chance to learn a little more about them.
Aneek Roy has been with ANCILE since 1998 and has used both Info Pak and uPerform as an administrator, content author, and end-user. When he isn’t working with an ANCILE product, Aneek enjoys spending time with his family, and when time and weather permits, participating in training for Autocross (a form of motorsport that emphasizes precision over outright speed).
Greg LaPalomento joined ANCILE Professional Services in September of 2011. He has been an Information Technology Consultant for 22 years in both customer support and pre-sales roles in various software companies. He currently lives in Houston, TX, and really enjoys date-night with his wife, learning Spanish as a second language, serving as Media Director in his local church, photography and working out with his sons.
Helen Yu has been with ANCILE since 2005. After spending several years as a content developer, Helen moved into the Product Consulting role. She has been a road warrior since then working with North American customers, feeding her foodie passion, and checking off her list of state capitol visits. When not traveling for work, Helen gathers with friends to play (and win!) pub trivia around central New Jersey.
Kym Dillon joined ANCILE Solutions in October 2011. Before joining ANCILE, Kym managed large manufacturing and engineering implementations with budgets in excess of $4 million spanning 3+ years. Kym resides in Sydney, Australia and during her downtime enjoys Hapkido (Korean Martial Art) and participants in Dog Obedience and Agility Training.
Matthias Wagner joined ANCILE in 2006 as a consultant and manages now the professional services operations for EMEA. When not working he enjoys sailing and photography.
