The ANCILE Customer Success team has been hard at work planning the next 12 months of Learning Series content for you. After taking into account your feedback, we are changing things up a bit in an effort to provide engaging content on subjects that matter to you, in a format that will be useful to you as a learning tool and a support reference for just-in-time help when you need it.
Here are some of the changes you can look forward to:
- Due to popular demand, six of our twelve offerings over the coming year will focus on the uPerform Template. We will be delivering a series of eLearning courses that will be available to you, at no additional charge, via the ANCILE Intelligence Hub. This series will start with the basics and build upon what you have learned in each course.
- Each course or presentation will include content that will be easy to find and utilize at a later date for future reference, without the need to watch an entire recording to get the important information you need.
- Every month we will host virtual or live Q&A sessions to supplement our Learning Series content.
- We will send monthly emails to let you know when the latest Learning Series offering is available, with information on how to participate in the Q&A session.
