What does this mean for uPerform?
If you plan on updating your system, make sure your version of uPerform supports it. For example, if you are looking to upgrade to Windows Server 2012, please be aware that only uPerform v5.2 supports it. In this scenario, you will need to not only upgrade Windows Server, but uPerform as well. You can find out what your version of uPerform supports by checking the Technical Specifications on the Intelligence Hub (log in required).
Please know that we are here to assist you with all your upgrade needs. We offer a variety of upgrade options: from on-site assistance with our Professional Services team, to live upgrade support with the ANCILE Customer Success team. We also offer managed hosting services, so you don’t even need to worry about upgrading the server at all! If any of those sound interesting to you, check out our earlier blog post on Spring Upgrading.
