We will be joining our friends from Columbia Sportswear to present “Columbia Sportswear’s motto? Keep Calm and Go Live” on Feb. 5 at the Pacific Northwest ASUG chapter meeting in Seattle, Wa. The presentation explores how this family-owned outdoor products company prepared its employees and customers for the most comprehensive global business transformation project in the company’s history. With grit and determination–true to the company’s roots–Columbia implemented a phased training strategy, using ANCILE uPerform as a key component. The end result was 17,000+ hours of training for more than 2600 Columbia Sportswear employees across the globe–and a successful go-live worthy of its slogan.
