The team supports over 35 countries and serves more than 300 customers annually with a wide spectrum of services.  We are always ready and prepared to help!

If you are new customer, welcome! ANCILE can provide you and your team the guidance to get up and running, smoothly and successfully. For your new implementation, we conduct a planning, analysis and design session to gather your requirements. Then, based on our experience and best practices, we collaborate with you to make decisions on options, customizations, configurations, and integrations for our software, conduct post-installation testing, and then implement the software.

To our existing customers, are you interested in upgrading or learning best practices with your current version? We can help you move to the latest software version or release by providing migration or upgrade services. We can also review your current implementation from both a functional and technical standpoint, make recommendations for improvement and optimization, and then help you implement those recommendations.

Do you have new authors and/or product administrators who will benefit from uPerform training? Our team will take your performance support staff through functional training on all aspects of the Client and Server software. Authors are guided through the development of your educational assets from recording actions in applications, to editing and publishing documents and simulations.  They will also learn how to create eLearning courses with audio, video, and rich interactions such as knowledge checks, and assessments.  Lastly, they will learn how to manage content and collaborate with other employees and fellow authors. Administrators of the uPerform software learn how to oversee the production server, develop a rich glossary, manage roles and responsibilities, create reports,  and customize and configure templates to produce documents tailored to your corporate standards and branding.

Our team can also assist those of you who do not have their own IT hosting services.  ANCILE has partnered with an industry-leading hosting provider, equipped with a state-of-the-art data center, to provide this hosting service. Server management and infrastructure are included in the ANCILE hosting agreement. Your hosted server management includes installation, configuration, and maintenance performed by ANCILE experts.
