Sascha Cordas is based in Germany and as part of the European Scrum team. Sascha has a long history with ANCILE Solutions having held the position in the past as a Senior Products Consultant delivering on site services for our European customers and then using this knowledge to provide support in a Customer Care role. Sascha managed to build professional relationships with our customers ensuring that they receive the best possible support for their ANCILE products. When not working, Sascha enjoys playing Basketball and spending time with his family and friends.
Gary Girard is a Customer Success specialist based in the UK, and has been with ANCILE since September 2009. Outside of work Gary lives with his girlfriend Jenny in Finsbury Park, North London. Gary enjoys going to watch films, various music events, live comedy, football, exhibitions and restaurants. Gary is a keen photographer who also enjoys DJ’ing and playing tennis.
Pardeep Dhadwal is based within Southwest London as a part time Scrum team member within the Customer Success team. Pardeep has been a member of the support team within EMEA and knows how to use her resources to find common ground to solve customer issues. During her spare time, she is busy nurturing her two year old and trying to keep fit by swimming.
Holger Müller is based in West Germany, near the Dutch border and works as team member for Customer Success Team Cronos. Holger started as installation engineer working for Support and Services. In 2010 Holger joined Customer Success as Tier 2 Senior Product Support Specialist for the EMEA region.
Greg Smith joined ANCILE after working as the Training Manager for a large customer using Info Pak to develop training documentation and provide training to their end users in 16 plants in 10 countries in 7 languages over a time frame of 5 years. When Greg joined ANCILE in June 2007, the company was known as RWD Technologies and he worked for 5 years as Customer Care Representative and then Service Account Manager on the EMEA Support team. He is now part of the EMEA Scrum team. Greg has lived and worked in Germany since 1985 and speaks German fluently and enough Spanish to communicate effectively. Greg enjoys his close collaboration with colleagues, customers and friends and spends his spare time writing, reading, biking, skiing, travelling, gardening and taking walks with his dog.
Sophie Carson is based in Brighton, UK and has been with ANCILE Solutions for almost 8 years, firstly as part of the Product Services division and then following the birth of her daughter in 2010 has been part of Customer Success, working in the EMEA team. Time outside work is spent with her family at the beach or doing fun things with her daughter. On the flip side, Sophie is a lover of all things macabre whether it is art, films or literature.
