Meet ANCILE's Team Sunrise!

Ed. note – As mentioned in Dave’s recent post, our Global Support Team has recently reorganized into Customer Success Scrum Teams.  Over the coming weeks, we will be introducing each of the teams.  In this installment, we are proud to introduce Team Sunrise!

Team Sunrise are so named because they look after our customers in the Asia Pacific Japan region, where the sun rises first.

Vanessa Smith has been with ANCILE for 11 years, first as a Training Consultant and has held a number of roles including Product Support Specialist, Team Lead and Escalation Manager. Vanessa enjoys the variety of the customer base in the APJ region and the relationships she has built with many customers after her years of interactions with customers via support tickets and user group events. Vanessa is based in Queensland Australia and when not working loves to spend time with her family and sing with her Sweet Adeline Chorus, Hot Ginger.

Lynne Burgoyne has worked for ANCILE for nearly 6 years, the latest role being Customer Care for the APJ region.  She is based on the Central Coast, NSW, Australia  and her picture was taken on one of the many beaches she loves.  Other interests outside of work are travelling, gardening and socialising with friends and family.  She also likes to try new things which has included camel riding, quad biking and helicopter rides.

Dony Lee started life in Taiwan but has lived in Sydney Australia with his family for many years. Dony has worked for ANCILE for about 7 years. There are not many photos of Dony as he is usually the one holding the camera and this passport photo is a close enough likeness except he now has more grey hair from troubleshooting support tickets. Dony often takes the lead in supporting customer install and upgrade issues and when not at work Dony likes to relax with some karaoke or watching movies.

Takeshi Toyoda currently serves as the Technical Advisor to Team Sunrise, and has been with ANCILE for around 11 years, first as a consultant and later joining as an employee. Takeshi is based in Tokyo Japan and has a deep knowledge of our Japanese customer base having supported most of them during his years with ANCILE. Takeshi often takes the lead on Info Pak and Help Launchpad issues for the region and when not in the office enjoys cycling his neighbourhood on his bicycle and enjoying the local parks which are now coming into cherry blossom for the Japanese spring time.
