Things are always happening at ANCILE and the future is full of exciting news and developments. You may ask yourself how we at ANCILE communicate with our customers about upcoming ANCILE Products Users Groups, Learning Series Webinars and other activities which would be of interest to you?
Our mechanism of notification through your ANCILE Product Support Center website account, which if correctly maintained, will allow us to send you e-mails about information and learning events which are being planned where you can register to attend. Having the country you are located in will allow us to contact a specific audience where a particular language is spoken (i.e., German as in the last APUG event in Munich on 4 June 2013).
Having your correct details will allow us to provide you with the right information at the right time and now is the best time to review your profile and request a new account if you do not already have one available. The ANCILE Product Support Center website is available at the link and when you have access to your account, please log in and follow the instructions below to review the information and updated as necessary.
- Open your browser and enter the following address: https://ancile.parature.com. Login with your account credentials or request a new account:
- When logged in, click on My Support as shown in the screen shot below:
- Click on My Profile as shown in the screen below:
- Edit your E-mail address, the country you are located and telephone numbers and save the updates by pressing the button:
After that, look forward to receiving information about ANCILE Product Learning Series and other offerings via E-mail in the near future.
