A great way to keep up with KB articles that interest you or are particularly important to you is by using our Subscription functionality on the Product Support Center. Subscribing to an article ensures that you are always kept in the know of any changes or updates we post to an existing article. It’s also a handy way to save articles you might want to reference later.
If we release content that we feel is a particularly good candidate for general subscription, then we will make the suggestion to do so!
Here’s how you subscribe: Scroll to the bottom of the article, and click on this button:
This action will open a confirmation box, where you can review your name and email, and then click Subscribe. You can also easily review and manage your subscriptions. From any page on the portal, click on My Support > My Subscriptions. Here you can review all of the KB articles you are subscribed to, and opt to delete subscriptions as necessary.
