The power of IT is to Connect, Share,Learn, Do. This model can empower the underdog who may have less power but can outsmart their competition through shared knowledge. To underscore this he used a recent event where students protesting used a mobile app to share locations of the police force to allude them. To learn more, check out his book The Next Billion Seconds.
